"I had received a letter from the council telling me that my now neighbour intended to build an extension in conjunction with their neighbours. this was alarming as they had already demolished the two small kitchens and the block work was 3 levels high. To simplify this saga I asked Powells to look at the details on the councils website and draft a response that I then uploaded to the council site. They sent an inspector and have the application under control. I am not looking forward to their loft expansion due in september 2022. Two people living in a 3 bed house, who now?"
